- What are the office hours of the Eye Clinic of Austin?
Normal office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The doors to the building open and 7:00 AM. The doors to Eye Clinic of Austin's suite open at 7:30 AM.
Dr. Henderson usually sees patients in the office Monday, Wednesday and Fridays all day. On Tuesdays in the afternoon and every other Thursday in the morning only otherwise all day.
Dr. Prosise generally sees patients in the office Tuesdays and Thursdays all day and Wednesdays and Fridays in the morning only.
We do not have general sessions on Saturday or Sunday.

- Where is the Eye Clinic of Austin located?
The Eye Clinic of Austin is conveniently located at the northwest corner of Far West Boulevard and the MoPac service road.
The office is located in a 3-story mirror glass building called ONE FAR WEST in Suite 140.

Directions North Bound MoPac: Exit Far West Boulevard, turn left onto Far West Blvd. ONE FAR WEST building is the first building on the right.
Directions South Bound MoPac: Exit Far West Boulevard, turn right onto Far West Blvd. ONE FAR WEST building is the first building on the right.

- Where do I park? Is there a charge to park?
ONE FAR WEST offers ample parking for its guests for free. Eye Clinic of Austin patients and guests can park in any of the available lots or the six story parking garage.
Please observe parking signs and do not park in reserved parking spaces. Some parking spaces marked visitor have time limits of 30 minutes to 2 hours. Parking spaces not marked with visitor time restraints are open for parking over 2 hours, many of these are located on the second floor and above of the garage.

- Is the Eye Clinic of Austin open on holidays?
Eye Clinic of Austin is closed to observe New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Thursday and Friday, and Christmas Eve and Day. (If a holiday falls on Saturday we will be closed on Friday, and if it falls on Sunday we will be closed on Monday).
Other closings do occur from time to time that are not scheduled. We try to give as much advance notice as possible that our offices will be closed for a particular day or period of a day.
Occasionally, it is necessary for the doctors to be away during open hours for various reasons (surgery, emergency room coverage, illness, vacation, training or other personal or business reasons)During some of these events a relief provider is available either at our location or the relief doctor's location.
